Alik Rubin, Adv.

Alik has been working as a civil litigation lawyer since 2008, specializing, among other things, in disputes connected to agency and distributorship relations.

Alik also serves as an arbitrator in commercial disputes and is a member of the Arbitration Institute of the Israel Bar Association.

In addition, Alik is a member of the Contracts Committee of the Israel Bar Association.

Alik began his career as a trainee at Meitar Law Offices. After completing his traineeship and passing the Bar Exam, Alik worked as a commercial litigator in several Israeli law firms, where he gained extensive experience in handling complex commercial and civil cases.

In 2017, Alik opened his own law firm – “A. Rubin Law Office”, which specializes in representing businesses and companies in commercial and civil litigation, in particular in the fields of distribution and agency relations, company and partnership law, the law of contracts, capital markets, commercial torts, and intellectual property.

Extracurricular Activities

During his studies at Tel Aviv University, in the years 2004 - 2005, Alik was involved in the activities of the Jaffa legal aid clinic. Between 2005 and 2007, Alik was a member of the editorial staff of the “Law, Society and Culture” magazine of the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law. Additionally, in 2006, Alik participated in a moot court competition organized by the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.
